1. Banning all abortions after 6 weeks of pregnancy

2. Allowing people under 18 to obtain birth control pills over the counter
Somewhat support

3. Enacting policies to reduce West Virginia’s infant and maternal mortality rates
Strongly support

4. Increasing access to health coverage for people 12 months postpartum through Medicaid and CHIP insurance programs
Strongly support

5. Protecting current abortion laws in WV
Amendment 1 has caused a disparity in healthcare in women's reproductive rights. There's no equity in a female's body as her own. The female holds all the responsibility of carrying, delivering, and caring for the baby. The assumption of why a female chooses an abortion versus a male having a vasectomy will never be controversy for the male. No one should dictate to anyone when to become a parent unless that entity (government) is willing to care for the child until the age of 25 years young.

6. Expanding access to abortion by reducing harmful laws that restrict access to abortion
Strongly Support

7. Expanding access to comprehensive, inclusive sex education, including sexual violence prevention and LGBTQ inclusivity
Strongly Support

8. Passing pay transparency legislation to help close the wage gap and address racial and gender disparities

9. Increasing access to birth control for people of all ages

10. Passing the CROWN Act, prohibiting discrimination based on hairstyles typically associated with race

11. Providing pregnant people with substance use disorder with resources like prenatal care and substance use disorder treatment instead of facing jail time
Strongly Support

12. Supporting the Fairness Act, a bill to ensure WV state law prohibits discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, housing and public spaces
Strongly Support

13. Which of the following statements comes closest to your own view?
I personally support the right to abortion and believe it should be legal and available
